"agreed value" their claim the car wasn't old enough, apparently it varies for state to state. So as Tony, I went with Grundy and got an awesome deal. I believe my 48K miles odo at the time helped and as Tony I had to show proof of value, upgrades, pictures of the car (interior, exterior, engine, undercarriage) receipts, etc.
